Refund policy

• The file is faulty, corrupted or won't open, and we can't fix it within 7 days.
• The product is materially different from its description.
• You were charged twice for the same order.
• You haven't downloaded the files yet and you contact us within 14 days of purchase.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to ask
Email us with your order number and a short description of the problem. We aim to reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
