  1. About these terms
    These terms apply to every purchase from AssetAtlas. By placing an order you agree to them.
  2. Licence
    When you buy a product you get a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it for your own properties or business. You may edit the files and print them as often as you like. You may not resell, share, upload or redistribute the files, or pass them off as your own work.
  3. Guidance only
    Our tools, calculators and templates are for general guidance. They are not financial, tax, mortgage or legal advice. Laws, tax rates and lender criteria change and differ across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Check figures and requirements with a qualified adviser and official government sources before relying on them. We are not liable for decisions made using our products.
  4. Prices and payment
    Prices are in pounds sterling. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment providers. We never see your full card details.
  5. Delivery and cancellation
    Products are delivered digitally straight after purchase. See our Refund Policy for your cancellation rights on digital content.
  6. Liability
    Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
  7. Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also rely on the laws and courts of your own nation.
